Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every pair of shoes we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy for most items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in resalable condition (no visible wear or damage)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sandals (due to direct foot contact)
  • Soccer cleats that show signs of field use
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and an RMA number.

Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original box with all packaging materials.

Step 4: Affix the provided return label and ship via the carrier specified in your instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

For exchanges, your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we process your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect.
  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund instead of replacement if the item is out of stock.
