That’s why we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy for most items. Our athletic and urban explorer customers deserve gear that performs as hard as they do, and we stand behind every pair we sell.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in resalable condition (no visible wear or damage)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sandals (due to direct foot contact)
- Soccer cleats that show signs of field use
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original box with all packaging materials.
- Ship Your Return: Affix the provided return label and ship via the carrier specified in your instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
- Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
For exchanges, your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
- In some cases, we may issue a refund instead of replacement if the item is out of stock.
